1 (Term Definition)1. "Exhibitor" refers to companies, associations, groups, and individuals who submitted applications to participate in the exhibition.2 The term "host" means "Gyeongsangbuk-do" and "Korea Electrical Contractors Association".3. The term "host" means "(Exco Co., Ltd." and "Electric Newspaper Co., Ltd."4. "Exhibition" refers to the EPEK "Electric Power Industry Expo Korea 2023".2 (application for participation)1. A person who intends to apply for participation in the exhibition shall fill out a prescribed application form and submit it to the organizer.2. Exhibitors must pay 50% (additional cell boxes) of the participation fee (boos fee including equipment fee and auxiliary facility fee) as a down payment after receiving the application for participation. However, if the area of the exhibition hall is exhausted or if the items scheduled to be submitted are deemed inappropriate for the exhibition, the organizer may refuse to accept the application for participation, depending on the circumstances of the exhibition.3 The exhibitor shall immediately notify the organizer of any changes in the contents of all submission documents, such as the application for participation and technical support, and the exhibitor is responsible for any disadvantages caused by non-notification. Article 3 (Voice Al//)1. The organizer allocates the booth // for each exhibitor based on the order of application, application area, nature of the exhibition, and other reasonable methods, and the exhibitor cannot object.2. The organizer may change the booth // and area assigned to the exhibitor prior to the exhibition device period, and the exhibitor shall cooperate with the organizer``s request as much as possible, except in force maseure. Article 4 (Exhibition Hall Management)1. Exhibitors shall display the exhibits specified in the application form and arrange resident personnel to make every effort to manage their own booths.2. If the exhibitor displays items different from those specified in the application for participation, displays items that do not meet the nature of the exhibition, or conducts direct sales, the organizer may immediately order suspension, removal, or export. In this case, the participation fee will not be returned, and the exhibitor cannot claim compensation accordingly.3 The organizer may restrict a specific person from entering the exhibition hall if necessary.4. Exhibitor shall not transfer, resell, or exchange all or part of the allocated exhibition area to another person without the written consent of the organizer.5. Exhibitors are not allowed to change their original state, such as painting the floor, ceiling, pillars, and walls of the exhibition hall, and shall compensate for damage to the exhibition hall according to the organizer``s request for restoration. The organizer may selectively exclude or restrict exhibition items, exhibition activities, etc. to maintain order, manage safety, and prevent acts that may cause social controversy. Article 5 (Terms for Payment of Participation Fee)1. The exhibitor who applies for participation must pay the down payment equivalent to 50% of the participation fee within 10 days from the date of receipt of the invoice issued by the organizer, and the balance must be paid in full by the month 2023.2. If the exhibitor does not pay the balance within the specified deadline, the organizer may terminate the participation agreement, and in this case, the exhibitor cannot claim the return of the participation fee already paid.3. If the exhibitor fails to pay all expenses such as participation fee and technical support fee, the organizer can selectively maintain the exhibitor``s exhibits until payment is completed. Article 6 (Cancellation or Change of Exhibitor``s Participation)1. When canceling all or part of the exhibition area agreed by the Exhibitor, the Exhibitor shall immediately notify the organizer of the cancellation in writing.2. If the notification under paragraph 1 of this Article is received by April 31st, 2023, the organizer shall refund the participation fee paid to the exhibitor, excluding the participation down payment. Otherwise, if the notice of cancellation is received by the organizer after the date of 2023, no refund shall be made.3. Interest shall not be paid on the refund amount. Article 7 (cancellation or change of exhibition) If the organizer cancels the holding of the exhibition, the entire amount of participation fees already paid shall be returned to the exhibitor. However, if the exhibition is canceled or the date of the event is changed or reduced due to special circumstances other than force majeure or other reasons attributable to the organizer, it shall not be returned. In this case, the exhibitor cannot claim compensation from the organizer. Article 8 (Devices and Exhibits Display) Exhibitors must complete the import and display of devices and exhibits within the designated period within the allocated exhibition area. Article 9 (Export of exhibits and devices) Exhibitor shall take out all exhibits and devices within the designated period, and if the export is delayed, all expenses borne by the organizer shall be immediately paid to the organizer. Article 10 (Exhibition hall expenses, risk-taking and insurance)1. The organizer shall take appropriate expenses for exhibitors and visitors.2. Exhibitor is fully responsible for damage and theft of exhibits and equipment within the dividend area generated during the exhibition period, equipment, and demolition period.3 If the exhibitor intentionally or negligently causes fire, theft, damage, or other accidents, the exhibitor is fully liable for compensation, and insurance expenses for exhibits, etc. are also the responsibility of the exhibitor. Article 11 (Fire Extinguishing Rules) All materials inside and outside the exhibition hall shall be properly treated in accordance with fire fighting laws. The organizer may, if necessary, request correction related to fire prevention from the exhibitor. Article 12 (Supplementary Regulations)1. The organizer may, if necessary, enact supplementary regulations not specified in the participation regulations.2. The supplemented regulations shall be part of, and the exhibitor shall comply with them. Exhibitors must comply with the regulations of EXCO Co., Ltd. Article 13 (Dispute Resolution) The dispute over the rights and obligations of both parties arising between the organizer and the exhibitor regarding the interpretation of this participation regulation shall be governed by the arbitrary award of the Korea Commercial Arbitration Board.
